Register Multiple People

eventROI can be set up to allow single person registration or to allow an individual to sign up more than one registrant in a single transaction

Team Registration

This feature allows you to set up your events so that registrants can create, manage and join teams within your event. Team captains may also have the option to pre-pay for registrants on their team.

Add Offline Registrants

Offline registrants can be added to events by event organizers using eventROI’s Add Registrant interface. This allows you to keep track of all your online and offline registrants in one location with one set of reports.

Credit Card Selection

Choose the credit cards that are supported by your Merchant Account. Choices include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and many others.

Multiple Price Support

Assign a price to your overall event as well as event specific details such as start time, registration date or attendance dates. You can even add options to your event that increase the prices such as T-shirts or event kits.

Branded Event Registration

Manage Event Templates

If you prefer to manage the design and branding of your events you can use eventROI’s template manager to create an event wrapper that matches your existing site. You may also apply a unique wrapper to each event within your account.

Merchant Account Integration

eventROI allows merchants to select any one of nine processors standard and can attach any processor at a company's need, including VeriSign and Authorize.net. You will never see a full credit card number; take your liability out of the equation.

Email Marketing Integration

Allow registrants to sign up for email newsletters or promotions. eventROI can automatically map registrants to a list or simply set up triggers for auto-responder emails to registrants to remind them of upcoming events.

Discounts

Provide one-time percentage off discounts, a set amount off of an invoice or a discount per each registrant registered.

Inventory Management System

After inputting the initial registration field inventory levels, eventROI automatically decreases inventory levels based on registration. A maximum number of registrants per event or pricing level may be set. Also, may attach inventory to your event options, such as T-Shirts, so that when a size is out of stock it is no longer offered along with the registration for the event.

Reporting

eventROI offers exemplary reporting and tracking features such as a full registrant detail report as well as financial reports and percentage reporting for event field selections. These reports are easily exported tab-delimited format for use in Excel.

User Login

Users can create an account that stores their registration information, for quick and easy transactions.

Sub-Account Management

eventlROI^™'s shared access controls allow you to create unlimited sub-accounts within your event account. Each sub-account can then be assigned to specific events for editing and reporting.

Event Calendar

eventROI can output a listing of your events by chronological date and this listing can be used as a searchable calendar on the front end of your website.

Event Portal

If you want more control than the standard account administrator role, eventROI offers a portal set-up. With this you can act as your own full-service event management company with the ability to host events for other people and businesses. Beyond customizing the portal as a whole, users can create an individual brand presence for each event within the portal.

Search Engine Optimization

Your event information and registration pages will be search engine optimization (SEO) friendly. Tags can be placed into the URLs of your site and the pages themselves can be keyword loaded automatically with event information.

Custom Event Settings

This feature allows you to set up event specific questions for your registrations such as meal type, shirt size, age, gender, business title, and many more. These options can also incur additional fees based on response.

Customizable Receipts

eventROI allows you to customize your receipt message so that event and registrant specific information as well as instructions can be included in the email receipt provided to registrants.
