eROI Recognized for Smart Growth

PORTLAND, Ore. (July 18, 2007) eROI, Inc., a full-service e-marketing company, today announced that they have been ranked 15th on the Portland Business Journal's prestigious 2007 list of fastest growing 100 privately held companies. eROI has also been recognized by the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN) by being named a 2007 Entrepreneurship Awards finalist in the “working capital” category – winners will be announced September 20th. Additionally, eROI continues strong growth with new clients, new hires and internal promotions. 

Ryan Buchanan, eROI CEO, attributes eROI’s continued growth and momentum to a greatly committed team that produces innovative and the highest quality work. New Clients –
eROI’s new clients and projects include Travelocity, HBO, a Fox News reporter, BeThree, The Portland Tram, Ogilvy, The Portland Facial Clinic and The Multnomah Athletic Club.

Travelocity Business is now working with eROI to develop a new Business Traveler and Business Travel Manager blog and resources site that will be fed to a new mobile application produced in partnership with FreeRange Inc.

HBO selected eROI to build a new event based micro site for the reintroduction of their HBO Concert Series. The first main event will be for the upcoming tour launch of Justin Timberlake. The site will feature behind the scenes video coverage fed by a partnership with Comcast Video.

eROI is working with Ridgewood.tv, a new community media site led by Erik Liljegren who is a long-time Fox News reporter.  eROI is developing a new local news community site for some New York bedroom communities that do not have local news options. The new site will feature professionally produced footage as well as community generated videos spotlighting the local community activities. 

BeThree has partnered with eROI to build and develop a new daily health and fitness blog and newsletter with content produced and written by leading sports and fitness writers from national magazines, newspapers and industry sports figures. 

The Portland Tram has selected emailROI as the platform to connect riders and users of the new South Waterfront to OHSU tram. They plan to use to announce service changes and news about the Tram. 

Ogilvy has selected eROI to develop a new online marketing site to build an online connection with CMOs of large companies. eROI will deliver a blog powered site, dynamically build and fed RSS powered emails as well as a private invite-only resource center for guides, studies and other materials of value to CMOs.

The Portland Facial Clinic has chosen eROI to build its new website.  The new search engine friendly website will feature a dynamic Before & After gallery, an online store, and comprehensive resource center.

And, lastly the Multnomah Athletic Club has selected the emailROI email marketing solution to send out weekly member newsletters.

New Employees -
eROI has hired two more employees - Verity Kent as a Junior Designer and Noel Hoagland as Production Artist. Verity recently graduated magna cum laude from Portland State University (PSU) with a BS in graphic design. While at PSU she was a graphic design intern at Plazm where she worked on a wide range of projects; from Nike photo-shoots, typesetting fine art catalogs and pro-bono web sites. She recently ranked nationally for her packaging design for Fossil. She comes to eROI with an innovative eye for design, a love for the web, and a faux-hawk.

Noel joins the eROI team with a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi-Media and Web Design from the Art Institute of Portland. With an eye for design and an in-depth understanding of a variety of web based applications and programs, Noel brings a diverse array of web knowledge. These diverse skills coupled with his endless creativity benefits every project he works on and adds to the already rich pool of talent at eROI.

Promotions -
eROI also announces well-deserved promotions. Sam White was promoted from Associate Creative Director to Creative Director.  Sam now leads the creative effort for the entire company and manages the design team.  Leslie Brown was promoted from Senior Designer to Art Director. Leslie now runs the design review meetings and adds a keen analytical mindset to up-leveling interactive design on all levels at eROI. Last, but not least, Josh Csejtey was promoted from Programmer to Technology Manager.  Josh now runs the Technology Department of programmers and system administrators.  He is responsible for coordinating product development, network server infrastructure, IT, and custom web development internally and with clients
