Wacom came to eROI to add some spice to customer email campaigns being sent in conjunction with a new product line, as well as for a refurbished products campaign. eROI did the full planning and production of the email campaign, yielding excellent results. An entirely new voice and design helped to make the new product push seem like a breath of fresh air. The email also gave existing customers an exciting new look at Wacom brand and their product offerings.
