Turning grape and wine sales activity into revenue depends upon good business relationships and understanding your rights. Led by Jess Lyon of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, this workshop is for wineries (getting paid by distributors and wholesale accounts) and vineyards (getting paid by wineries) and will focus on effective use of core contractual terms, security interests, statutory liens, and federal PACA (Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act) trust rights to help turn receivables into revenue.
